Perhaps they are just more concerned in booking rooms to fill the hotel. How about an apology for the error that was made by the HARD ROCK EMPLOYEE who made the mistake. We have been to this hotel numerous times never requested a handicapped room. Honestly we wasted hours did not leave the room Saturday until 4 pm by the time all this was done. I hung up twice called back after speaking to 3 layers of management to be told we reserved the handicapped room and they could give us a late check out but would not compensate us for anything.No comp rooms available again hotel is fully committed tonight. Finally got connected to corporate to hold on for way to long we were actually disconnected. Decided to possible use a comp room that we are entitled to for Sunday night since we had no sleep in the wrong room. Room change was completed including hrs of wasted time making the change and speaking to customer service. Front desk phones were forwarded to the hotel operator for an hour or so.

Called the front desk for a room change the hotel was fully committed so they told us to call front desk in the am around check out. The room was handicapped did not work for us. Initaly was offered a room on the 8th floor we asked for something on a higher floor.Checked in ate at HR cafe gambled got up to the room at midnight. Reserved a comp night for Friday, PAID $400 + for Saturday night.
